Top of the World at Stratosphere Hotel, Casino & Tower Introduces New, Top-Notch Seasonal Menus

Guests can indulge in gourmet lunch and dinner delicacies

LAS VEGAS – Dec. 16, 2015 – Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower’s award-winning restaurant, Top of the World introduces an exquisite array of gourmet lunch and dinner delicacies on its new, specially-crafted seasonal menu. Designed by Executive Chef Rick Giffen, guests’ taste buds will feel on “top of the world” while enjoying delicious dishes such as creamy lobster bisque, succulent filet surf and turf and Kurobuta pork belly at more than 800 feet above the Las Vegas Valley.

“Top of the World offers guests a dining experience unlike any other,” said Executive Chef Rick Giffen. “While marveling over breathtaking 360-degree views of Las Vegas, our seasonal menu provides diners with a top-notch, imaginative culinary experience to match.”

Seasonal menu highlights include:

Three-Course Prix Fixe Lunch Menu ($49):
This three-course menu offers guests an exceptional selection of Chef Giffen’s creations including salad or soup and succulent surf and turf, which offers diners a choice of lobster tail or shrimp scampi paired with flavorful filet mignon, creamy mashed potatoes and finished with a delectable red wine reduction sauce. An enticing chocolate indulgence of dark chocolate pot de crème, fresh berries, rich vanilla mousseline and white chocolate ends this meal.

Guests can enjoy Top of the World’s prix fixe lunch menu from 11am to 3pm for $49 per person.

Four-Course Chef’s Tasting Dinner Menu ($98): 
Diners will delight while experiencing four courses of excellence, including dishes such as tender Kurobuta pork belly seasoned with a blend of five Chinese spices and served with root vegetables, quinoa and topped with a zesty green chimichurri sauce; and fresh salmon and Gulf prawns, which is deliciously topped with a duo of apple and celery slaw and finished with a superb watercress emulsion. Guests looking for an extra indulgence have the option to perfectly pair each course with selections from Top of the World’s award-winning collection of wine for an additional $30.

Guests can experience Top of the World’s four-course dinner menu from 4pm to 11pm for $98 per person with wine pairing available for an additional $30.
