Through employee volunteerism, charitable donations and service projects we continually strive to give back and promote strong community partnerships where our team members and guests live. Community Connection supports youth, educational, veterans, and senior charities in the Las Vegas and Laughlin Communities.

The ultimate stair climb experience – for a great cause! The Scale the Strat is brought to you in partnership with Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Nevada to benefit the American Lung Association. The past few years we’ve helped raise over $200,000 each year for improved lung health and education in our communities.
