Responsible Gaming

Golden Entertainment, Inc. urges those who gamble to do so responsibly.

Problem gaming is an illness that strikes people from all walks of life, but fortunately it can be treated. If you think you may have a gaming problem, or know of someone who does, help is available by contacting the Problem Gamblers Helpline at 1.800.GAMBLER. Trained counselors are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide information on available treatment and support groups in your area for both the gambler and those affected by the gambler's problem. All calls are completely confidential.  Translation services are also available and TDY is available for the hearing impaired.

You may also contact the Nevada Council on Problem Gaming at 702.369.9740 for additional information.

Our Casinos, including any online gaming site, have a Self-Exclusion Program that allows patrons to voluntarily request that they be prohibited any participation in activities at our casino’s or cease registration to our online programs.  Any guest who completes Self-Exclusion Program forms are prohibited from collecting any winnings and are excluded from participation in any casino programs, promotions or receipt of any complimentary services or goods.  A patron may have their name placed on the Self-Exclusion program by visiting the casino cashier to request the program forms, or by calling the casino requesting the forms be mailed, and then bringing the completed forms in person to the casino cashier to be processed or by returning notarized forms by mail to the casino cashier.  All Self-Exclusion forms must be accompanied by state issued identification.  Any online gaming may be terminated by going to the online gaming website and changing your marketing preferences so that you are no longer contacted by the online gaming site.
